Refund policy

At CocoMaya, we want you and your furry friend to love every handcrafted piece you order. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of worn or soiled pet apparel.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at cocomayashop@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with a return label & return shipping label cost with further instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 10 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that the refund will be minus the return shipping charges incurred by Cocomaya during the return process.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Let us know! We’re happy to arrange a free exchange where stock allows.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly replace it at no cost.
